Installation of biomass burner in bakery oven

CREMAX produces biomass burners.

CREMAX manufactures and installs pellet burners. Our projects range from turnkey or exclusively the delivery of the burner. In the photo below, complete assembly of a 140,000 kcal/h burner in a bakery oven. Installation with an electrical panel to control the temperature inside the oven by means of a PT100 resistance thermometer, so that the burner modulates as it reaches the set temperature.
